Eligibility for RU Preliminary Application Process

Applicants who have passed the Humanities Group will have to get a total GPA of 7.00 with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject). 

Applicants who have passed the Commerce Group will have to get a total GPA of 7.50 with a minimum GPA of 3.50 in both SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject).

Applicants who have passed the science Group will have to get a total GPA of 8.00 with a minimum GPA of 3.50 in both SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject).

Must pass GCE O Level Examination in 5 subjects and A Level Examination in at least 2 subjects and in both Levels have to get at least B grade in 4 subjects out of total 6 subjects and at least C grade in 3 subjects. Applicants who have passed O Level and A Level examinations will have their questions translated into English where applicable.

Based on the results of HSC examination from among the initial applicants, a maximum of 45000 (forty five thousand) applicants with special quota in each unit will get the opportunity to participate in the admission test.

 By clicking on the “Start Preliminary Application” button on the home page of the website, on the next page the candidate has to provide his SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examination roll, Board of Education and next year. In addition, the visible numbers and characters (Captcha) in a picture given on the page must be input in the right place.

    Technical-Vocational or Technical-HBM / DIC (Diploma in Commerce or Business Management), GCE (A Level, O Level) and BFA students in the place of Board of Education applicable to the students of Technical Education Board Others (GCE-A Level / BFA) will select.

    Fill in all the information correctly and click on the "Submit" button to get the candidate's mobile number page. If the required information of an applicant is not available in the database provided by the Board of Education, he / she can lodge the relevant complaint (along with the required information) through "Complain Box". He will be contacted on his mobile phone by monitoring the information provided.

  আবেদন ফি প্রদানের প্রক্রিয়া

  স্লিপে প্রদত্ত Bill Number ব্যবহার করে রকেট এর মাধ্যমে আবেদনের ফি নিম্নে উল্লেখিত পদ্ধতিতে প্রদান করার মাধ্যমে আবেদন নিশ্চিত (Confirm) করতে হবে। সংশ্লিষ্ট ফি প্রদান ব্যতিত আবেদন সম্পন্ন হবে না।

  
  
  রকেট এর মাধ্যমে ফি প্রদান পদ্ধতি

  Step-1:	*322# ডায়াল করতে হবে।
  Step-2:	"1. Bill Pay" অপশন সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
  Step-3:	"2. Other" অপশন সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
  Step-4:	"Enter Payer Mobile No." এর স্থলে প্রার্থীর মোবাইল নম্বর দিতে হবে।
  Step-5:	"0. Other" অপশন সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
  Step-6:	Enter Biller ID. এর স্থলে '377' টাইপ করতে হবে।
  Step-7:	Enter Bill Number এর স্থলে অবশ্যই স্লিপে প্রদত্ত Bill Number টি প্রদান করতে হবে।
  Step-8:	Enter Amount এর স্থলে স্লিপে প্রদত্ত সর্বমোট ফি এর পরিমাণ দিতে হবে।
  Step-9:	Enter PIN এর স্থলে Customer এর রকেট Account এর PIN নম্বর দিতে হবে।
  Step-10:	Payment Confirmation SMS আসবে। এই SMS থেকে Transaction ID (TxnID) সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
