NTRCA E Requisition 2024

Non Government educational institutions provide recruitment recommendations against specific institutions on the basis of preference and merit to registered candidates for entry level teacher vacancies.

It is mandatory to submit requisition (e-requisition) on the online platform of NTRCA by the concerned educational institutions for filling up the vacancies. NTRCA does not accept any demand for vacancies offline/hard copy or through e-mail.

Only through e-requisition on the prescribed online platform of NTRCA will the demand for vacancies of the institutes be accepted. And as a pre-requisite for e-requisition and teacher recruitment process, e-registration is mandatory for every institution for enrollment in NTRCA.

No institution without e-registration can issue e-requisition and that institution will not be considered for teacher recruitment recommendation by NTRCA. All the concerned educational institutions have to do e-registration or update the e-registration within the last date before issuing the recruitment recommendation circular.

NTRCA New Institue E Registration Process:

All the institutes which are completely new and wish to do e-registration for the first time, the head of the institute should contact the concerned Upazila Secondary Education Officer (USEO) and do the e-registration.

In this case the concerned Upazila Secondary Education Officer (USEO) will first check the various information of the institution such as: EIIN number of the institution, academic recognition, teaching permit etc.

After verifying all the details are correct, the USEO will login to the e-registration platform on NTRCA website www.ntrca.gov.bd or directly on Teletalk's ngi.teletalk.com.bd link using his own User ID and Password. It may be noted that all DEOs and USEOs have already been sent their user ID and password via SMS to their mobile phones.

NTRCA E Registration Update

To update the e-registration, each head of the institution should log in with their respective user ID and password by entering the e-registration service box on the NTRCA website. After login, changeable required information on the e-registration page By following the rules mentioned in paragraph 1-9 sequentially and clicking Save and Submit button, the e-registration will be updated.

Even if all the information of an organization is unchanged, that organization has to login with its own user ID and password and click on the Save and Submit button keeping all the previous information unchanged. Otherwise the e-registration of the institution will not be updated/renewed.

Every private educational institution seeking recruitment has to complete the new e-registration and profile update process by the date mentioned in the e-registration notification. E-registration and profile cannot be updated after the said date.

Without e-registration e-requisition (online requisition) cannot be provided. And without e-requisition no institution will be considered for teacher recruitment recommendation.
